I been testing my urine the past couple days and I’m wondering how do I kno I’m in ketosis? Does it have to be all the way purple? I’m new to this!! lol

Moderate is good but purple is the best. The lower your catb intake the deeper into ketosis youll be.

When I was on that diet. Like 4 days after I began  I knew I was in ketosis because I felt so sick. I felt like I had a fever and just not feeling well and after that I had a burst of energy.
