increasing milk supply
if i continue pumping even when nothing is coming out will that increase my milk supply? i usually empty out before i reach 15 minutes. should i go the whole 20 minutes on both sides? how quickly would it work? i have a pretty good supply but my baby is constantly hungry so it's very difficult to keep up
