How are y’all teaching/training your LO to go down stairs? My son won’t go down on his belly for me, but he likes to hold my hand (and the spindle with his other) and walk down them. My husband says he’ll go on his belly for him and doesn’t want me to let him walk down. I’ll add, he never goes down them alone. This came from a convo he had with his sister about how she has her son go down on his belly (almost 3) and will until he can grab the top of the rail, so of course now mt husband thinks this is what we should do. And I feel like him walking down with me is fine, and honestly I think it’s good for him. First time mother, so just curious what others are doing?
