Breastfeeding and period late
Trying to see if anyone else has had this happen. I’m exactly 1 year and a day post partum. I got my period back at 5 month post partum and they were regular then suddenly I’m 4 days late. I used expired pregnancy test not knowing they were so old and they were negative. Took one this morning. I’ve had cramps on and off for a week basically and extreme exhaustion. Anyways had anyone else had their breast feeding throw off their period even after it was regular?
