Anxiety , eating rules etc

Ah just need some support atm.

I have bad anxiety pre pregnancy. But most days it’s been ok except for every 2 weeks or so I have a scare and flare up about an event usually food consumption and the baby’s health.

Today I ate a slice and half of roast lamb, it had been cooked for 4 hours at low temp and was supermarket brought. Carved and then rested in warm place for 30min or so covered. Most of the meat was all dark and I picked a piece I felt was well done and not pink.

I was fine and felt ok about this at 1.30pm until an hour ago and now I’m worked up and in tears. UK guidelines say all meet well cooked no pink. Now I’m worried it wasn’t and my biggest fear is toxoplasmosis.

I want to stay calm as I can’t change this but I just can’t seem to trust my own judgement or my partners and I feel like food is so hard in pregnancy ☹️
