Orgasm curiosity

I am very curious if post-op transsexuals can achieve orgasm? Can a trans man get an erection and orgasm? Yes I understand there'd be no real ejaculate, but can they cum? Same for transwoman; can you have orgasm through penetration or clitoral stimulation? Do you even get a clit after the surgery? It would seem to me that surgery could affect nerve endings and cause inorgasmia.  I'm in no way a transsexual, but I'm a very sexual being.  I'd imagine for transsexuals if you are extremely sexual but want to have the surgery that ability to orgasm would be a major topic when deciding to have surgery or not.  I don't think I could deal if a decision to become the opposite sex caused me to lose sexual function.
