You think my baby is okay?

I’m 21 weeks , I was craving Asian food so last night I made some lo Mein noodles and used 1 day old left over chicken and just made some stir fry that I put in wraps and made some Banh mi sandwiches with the chicken . I used oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and a little sriracha . After I ate my upper abdomen in the center was hurting bad I could barely stand. Then after I had some tea I was okay ... I feel fine today but my husband just called me that he was having diarrhea at work 🥴 and I’m worried I ate something bad now and worried about the baby. I checked the date on the oyster sauce but It was rubbed off so I’m not sure. But everything else was fresh or recently bought. I’ve realized this sounds like a recipe post but don’t follow it cause I was in a lot of pain Lmfao 🙄😂 I’m feeling baby kicking but still worried...
