I had a vaginal u/s today after one other regular U/S with my doctor. They told me based on my dates the baby did not measure or look like a 9 week but 6 weeks. No heart beat and how sorry they were etc and to come back in a few days go to ER if I start bleeding etc . So now 4 days later vaginal u/s in doctors office we have no heart beat yet and now I've been informed that the placenta shape looks abnormal like its trying to collapse? There's a fetal pole but the tech couldn't find a gestational sac. I'm really just convinced it's gotta be a miscarriage but I really can't help but hope! Anyone been where I've been??
