Can I Stand In My Husband's Place On The Rape Case

I need to know this. This will probably be the last thing I post on here for a while. My husband was drugged, raped and robbed. The police caught the three people involved. My husband however, couldn't deal with the trauma and took his own life yesterday. I need to know can I Stand in his place for the trial? If the victim is dead can it still go on? My husband is gone and it's up to me to get him justice. I can't spend all my time crying. I have to get him justice. Not just him. This is for male rape victims who felt shame. I never want another women to lose her husband this way. EVER!
