Ongoing PMS

I’ve had my period back for 3 cycles now, I’m on day 9 of my 3rd cycle & my period finished 3 days ago but I’m still experiencing breast Tenderness, sore nipples & cramping! Anyone have a idea why ? My daughter is turning one in a couple of days & I generally feed her 3-4 times a day, sometimes more when she’s unsettled. I don’t experience the soreness when she’s feeding, it just happens off & on throughout the day 😅 I had not experienced any sort of cramping or breast tenderness the last cycles.
