PAINFUL FIRST DAY
Does anyone else the first day of their period get such bad cramps that you literally want to cry? I’m 20 years old and it’s always the first day of my period when I feel the absolute worst. Does anyone know why? And im not just talking cramps like I have to take medicine and a heating pad or I feel like I won’t live past it.
