Should I be concerned?

I recently moved in with my mom. I noticed that whenever one of my family members says my sons name, he completely ignore them. Although, he does answer when I call. Granted, it’s always been me and him alone since he was about 6 months. Another concern I have is that whenever someone speaks to him, he shuts down. He spins, or becomes super focused on something, like a toy. If someone tells him to pick something up or throw something away, he won’t do it, unless I’m the one that told him. He won’t hug or kiss them, but will laugh and engage if they try playing with him. He even follows them around and cry once they leave if they’ve gotten his attention. Btw he just turned two.
