Tongue/Mouth Problems

I really don’t know what group to post this too and it may be irrelevant to my pregnancy, but has anyone at all ever experienced this? At 16 weeks pregnant I had tonsils stones that eventually went away. Now I’m 34 weeks and experiencing yet again another issue. Bumps that are painless but uncomfortable on back of tongue and a white patch at the tip of my tongue. And incase anyone asks, no I have not performed oral sex in over a year so to me, it’s unrelated to anything sexual!
