Period help!

This Friday will be one month since I started my period... it will get really dark and foggy like it's ending, then the next day it's like I'm starting all over again... bright red and clots.. I dont know what to do, my gyno said they won't see me til January because that will be 3 months and that is when it will be considered irregular. My husband and I want to get pregnant so bsd, but at this point it seems impossible 😢 any input would help.. TIA
