Does anyone know about weird dreams?

I had a dream I see this woman's face she is a family member haven't spoken to in years and others deceased. I get a sick feeling when I see them in the dream there was a family gathering and gifts someone had passed away

Some new relatives were there it freaked me out but I could see all the family member clearly they passed away years ago.

Do you know how to prevent dreams like this protect myself spiritually
