Sickness 😩

I've been getting these Nauseous feelings lately. I was feeling like I want to throw up and nothing comes out, I have no appetite at All, I ate earlier than felt like vomiting right after 😷 period hasn't came yet,& idk what to do, take a test or see a doctor about what the hell is wrong with me😂💩
