Hope I Get Answer : TEETHING!!

My almost 6 month year old is working on cutting a tooth. He hasn't slept for 4 days I'm at the point where I'm so tired I  feel drunk I haven't slept at all it's a nightmare. How can I make him sleep better? What can I give him? I'm desperate this is too much he has reflux, severe colic and now this so its nonstop screaming now and I have no help husband overseas and he's a twin. I can't take another sleepless night don't think I have the strength I'm smashing into things and can't keep my eyes open. It's 4am where I'm at and he's screaming I feel like I tried everything I am using hyland gel not working. Thanks
