Late birth story

I know it’s been about 3 weeks since I had my baby but I been really busy so I couldn’t tell my birth story. I was having symptoms of labor the whole week and my doctor told me I can get induced early at 39 weeks on 0807. I got the call around 6 in the morning that a bed was ready for me and me and my significant other went to the hospital. I met my nurse that would help me while I was there and when I say she was helpful she never left my bed side!! My baby was a active baby so she kept moving off the monitor(so the nurse had to stay). When I got there I was 4 centimeters which I had been the whole week. They started me on pitocin but my baby’s heart rate dropped so she stopped but once she found her heart Rate again I was back on it the contractions wasn’t bad until I went to sleep and woke up!! So my doctor came in and checked me and seen I was still at 4 centimeters so out of nowhere with no warning he brake my water!! Right after I asked for the epidural and my nurse was there the hold time she hugged me and talked me through it. I then took another nap but woke up to contractions on one side they had to flush the iv and I felt better. My doctor then came in and said I was at 5 centimeters. Me and my nurse then started talking for about 30 minutes and then I decided to go back to sleep but before I did she check me and I was at 10 centimeters ready to push. I started pushing at 6:42 pm and she was born at 6:48. That was one of the best days of my life I had 1st degree tearing and was only in labor for about 10 hours and pushed for 6 minutes.
