Picking your child’s birthday...

So I will be having a planned c-section for this 3rd baby after an emergency c-section with my first and a failed vbac with my second. Anyway, it seems so bizarre I will be picking the day for baby to come!!

My due date is February 24.

MY own birthday is February 23.

My daughter is June 23.

My son is December 26.

(My husband is May 18)

So I was hoping to schedule this baby February 20... so they don’t have to share a bday with mom. And I liked the idea of my kids birthdays being 20, 23, 26. Easy to remember, right?

But then I just looked and saw that Feb 20 is a SATURDAY!!

Do doctors schedule surgeries on Saturdays?! I feel like the answer to that would be no.

Now I don’t know what to do. Part of me was thinking maybe go for the 18th to match it up to my husbands day. But that’s almost a full week before my due date... (and I thought based on my conception my due date would actually be Feb 26). I want baby to develop as long as possible in utero for their health.
