Has anyone had CPs that were confirmed pregnancies by OBs? With more than doubling HCG betas and “excellent” progesterone (mine was 40 for my 1st CP and 30 for my 2nd)...??

HCG for 1st CP -2800 no gestational sac at 5+4

HCG for 2nd CP 600 about 5 days ago... no gestational sac today at 5+2..

I feel like many people who have CPs that I have heard about don’t have HCG that rises well, don’t have adequate progesterone or start their period a few days late.. These aren’t the cases for me so I’m genuinely so confused. My lines and levels always progress well so why does this happen?? ☹️💔😢
