New Fridge..

So we ordered a new fridge almost 2 weeks ago. Set up for delivery this past Saturday since we are both off work on weekends. Friday afternoon I get a call that it hasn’t arrived yet and will be delivered Tuesday. I plan to work from home to be here for the delivery and installation. I call yesterday and they tell me it hasn’t been delivered to the store yet. Then I get a call in the afternoon saying they have it and they’re delivering it today. Husband takes the day off work, fridge is delivered, but they say that we have to schedule install after 24 hours. This was never told to us when we ordered and it’s just the installation of the water line - literally unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. They leave the fridge IN THE LIVING ROOM. I call the store and they say they’ll have to contact the delivery person and call me back. Get a return call (delivery is through a 3rd party) and am told that they’ve left for the day but they can be out at 8am tomorrow. I said forget it because neither of us can afford to take yet another day off work for this BS. My dad comes over and installs the water line in less than 10 mins. Already filed a complaint with the store and one soon to follow with the delivery company. But yes, please deliver my new fridge to my fucking living room. 😡🙄😩
