Hemheroids

How common are they really? I've developed a teeny tiny one. Only noticed because I'm anemic, so I'm in an iron pill on top of constipation. 34 weeks. So I check with a hand mirror because my doc said I could get them. It doesn't hurt or burn or itch. I cannot feel it in any way. It's as small as a skin tag. Should I get medication for it even if it hasn't grown or that I can't even notice that it's there?
