Pregnant 6 weeks after miscarriage?

Question

I had a miscarriage on July 20th I was only 5 weeks. The day after my miscarriage began, my hcg levels dropped to 74. I didn’t continue checking after that. I stopped bleeding after 6 days. I stopped having any symptoms before I even stopped bleeding. 6 weeks later i notices the same symptoms as before so I took some pregnancy test. 
Could I be pregnant? I don’t want to get my hopes up. 
Also I have an appt next week 🙏🏽

I had my first miscarriage in December at 6 weeks. It was shocking after having 3 healthy pregnancies. I bled for 2 weeks and my HCG dropped to 0 within 2 1/2 weeks. I conceived 6 weeks later and I’m now 17 weeks with a healthy baby boy! Hope this gives you hope! Definitely new pregnancy. Congrats!!!

From what I’ve read you definitely can be!
I had a miscarriage on 8/13 bled for about a week and a half and ovulated (I think) 9/4, didn’t have a period and I’m now getting positive tests again. 
My doctor didn’t monitor my hcg levels, but I did get negative tests for about a week. 
I’m so cautious right now I just keep thinking it could be left over still!

I had a miscarriage June 17th 2020. I was also only 5 weeks along. Found out I was pregnant again August 1st 2020. It’s TOTALLY possible! She’s now a healthy almost 5 month old!

This Exact Thing Literally Just Happened To Me. I Miscarried Twins At 6 Weeks On Sept 29, 20. The Period Lasted About 5 Days. Two Weeks Later I Ovulated (Tracking Thanks To The Glow App) I Took A Pregnancy Test Oct 26, 20 And Yes All 3 Of The Pregnancy Test 1 Clear Blue Digital And 2 Clear Blue Plus Are Positive. Now I Am 4 Weeks Pregnant. I Am Getting Labs Done To Verify Pregnancy! But Yep I Do Know That I’m Knocked Up.
