Is it possible to have a yeast infection and a UTI?

I noticed some itchiness and discomfort two days ago, and after having sex and having it really hurt, and then noticing the white lumpy discharge I went and got myself Monistat for a yeast infection last night.

Now, today I am noticing that my urine has a foul smell, like it did when I had a UTI earlier this year in February. And I don’t want to jump to the conclusion that I have a UTI, but I just went and peed again and it didn’t smell?? Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?
