Attempting VBAC

This is my second pregnancy I’ll be attempting VBAC and hopefully I’ll be able to. My dr said my placenta is a little low she’d like it to move up but most likely it will. She said if it does I don’t have any issues so far standing in the way of a VBAC I just wanted to see if anyone’s had any successful VBACs themselves? Did you hit 40+ weeks? Did your abdomen hurt afterwards like where your scar is? And how was recovery compared to csection? And even if you had a second csection was it worse or better than the first?
