I don’t know what to do..

So the past few days my boyfriend has been a bit distant.. he hasn’t even kissed me in abut 3 days.. he’s constantly in his head (hates how the world is and he hates he can’t do anything about it). He says he loves me but it’s not like him to not kiss me even when I go to bed.. he hates his job (but won’t try to find another one.) I just feel like he’s letting me go without actually saying it and I’m terrified of being alone.
