Going long distance 😪

Looking just to let out my feelings. My boyfriend has accepted a job which will require him to move about 12 hours away. He is set to start in a month. I really have been feeling nervous about it, and worried. We have only been dating for a couple months, but we have known each other for about 10 years since middleschool. I still have about a year until I graduate from college. I'm trying to stay positive, but get really sad when I think about it too much. I know a year is a short amount of time in our lives if we're really serious. If anybody has advice for long distance relationships if you are in one or have been I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
