Period cramps at 30+5?

I’m 30+5 with di/di twin boys and for the last two days, I’ve been having pretty consistent period cramps. It doesn’t feel the same as my Braxton Hicks which have been mainly at the top of my uterus whereas this is strictly low abdominal/pelvic region.

My MFM said she doubts I’ll make it to my last appointment (38 weeks) because they’re both weighing over 3lbs. I’m just curious as to if I should call my doctor? The cramping is getting worse as the night progresses and I did noticed alot of egg white looking cm earlier during my shower.
