When did you lo learn how to use a spoon/fork?

I’m asking because my lo’s daycare is pressuring me to get her to learn how to use the fork and spoon before she moves up to the next class, which is at 18 months. She is almost 15 months now so the pressure is on to get her to learn! She can already bring the utensil to her mouth with the food already on it, she’s just having a hard time loading it up with food. Hopefully that will come with time and practice, but I do feel like 18 months is pretty young to know how to use utensils without any help. I’m a ftm though so I don’t know...when did your lo learn how to use utensils on their own? Are there any special techniques I can use to help her learn?
