Implantation bleeding?

Hey ladies, I got my bfp 3 days ago. This morning, there is brown blood mixed with the semen after intercourse. Can implantation bleeding come after a bfp? I’ve had a subchorionic hematoma in my past 2 pregnancies so I’m worried it could be that but I’m really hoping it’s not 😩 Any ideas?

Implantation happens before there is any hcg in your system and before a positive test.
Spotting in early pregnancy can be normal, but if you’ve already gotten a positive pregnancy test, it can’t be implantation bleeding.

It wouldn't be implantation bleeding if you already had a positive pregnancy test prior. Implantation needs to happen before you'll get a positive pregnancy test.
I know some spotting after intercourse while pregnant can happen, or it can be due to changes in the cervix. If it continues/you're truly unsure and uncomfortable, contact your doctor as they are the only ones who should provide any medical advice.
