When does it get better!?

Let me first start with I am so blessed that I am pregnant and getting to grow my baby girl🥰🥰 
HOWEVER, I keep throwing up 1-3 times in the evening and having massive headaches!! When does it get better?? Any advice on how to help nausea!? I have two types of prescribes medicine but they both only work in the mornings. Once 5 hits I’m a goner..

How far along are you. My second trimester was better but the morning sickness returned in the third.

You can try taking the medicine at different times of the day. I took unisom and b6 at night before bed and it helped with my morning nausea, my doctor told me if it started to occur in the evening to take it in the morning instead. That was also the only thing that helped me, nothing else even touched the nausea. The only thing that got rid of it completely was birth - but my headaches are 1,000 times worse than I’ve ever had them now due to exhaustion lol my baby is 10 months
