Clomid or Letrozole (Femera)

TTC#10 months for #2. Everything checks out perfectly test wise for both of us. Doctors saying its unexplained infertility. We have been on Clomid the last four months/IUI/OPKs, with no success. Doctor gave us the option to switch to Letrozole this month because some women just don't respond to Clomid. Anyone have better results on one or the other? I have to take the first of which ever I decide to take tomorrow.
