laundry detergent for baby?

hello moms! we decided to use our regular detergent for our baby girls clothes. we were using purex and suavitel. i washed half of her clothes and her car seat with it. i ran out and without thinking bought tide and snuggle. i wasn’t loving the purex. should i rewash her clothes and car seat? just so everything was washed with the same detergent? i still have to wash the rest of her clothes, bassinet covering, and blankets.
