Peed my pants. Normal?

Hey I’m only 11 weeks (according to the dr. I think I’m further along) but I always have to pee and I always wake up to go pee but tonight I woke up from peeing my pants. Is this normal this early in pregnancy?🥴

It's normal in Pregnancy in general. Lol

No. I would suggest doing some kegels to strengthen ur pelvic floor. I did them before during and after pregnancy and never once peed my pants or even came close.

It’s completely normal 😫 I’ve been doing that since about 10 weeks but sneezing make me doing or when I would vomit 🥴

No I don’t think so unless you were coughing hard or throwing up. That’s the only time I ever peed a little
