PIO shot technique realization
So I think I realized why my shots have been super awful and I was bleeding more than I think I should be... I was pulling out the needle super slowly. I took it out fast tonight and I only bled a tiny bit and it was so much easier. Gotta remember this for next time! Haha anyway just wanted to share.
