Y'all please look at this closely and help..

So this is my bbt chart for "last cycle"

Now here is the confusing part.. af showed "late" but technically right on time... And I cramped for like a hour when it started... But it was light the first day (didn't really fill a panty liner) and now today it has been basically spotting.. my bbt for the last two days hasn't been below "last cycles" cover line, my nipples were really sensitive and now they are just slightly tingly, nauseous, bloating, and head ache.. Any opinion or advice is appreciated. Please help idk what to think
