Help Please?!
Hey Everyone.
I wanna start off by saying that I don’t think this is a binge eating disorder but anyway.. So I’ll have like, 2 meals a day, my lunch and my dinner. I don’t like eating breakfast, I just don’t like eating after I wake up. After I have my lunch or dinner, I constantly crave chocolate or candy so I’ll end up picking throughout the day. I’m a thin girl but I feel like I get hungry quite quickly even if I have a decent portion of food. I don’t wanna go on a diet or anything, I simply just wanna cut down on snacking throughout the day.
Has anyone got any tips for me? Thanks.
