weird rash/bumps

i have this weird rash type thing on the backside of both my thighs. it’s been like this for several days now and it hasn’t gotten any better. it’s bothersome and i’m not sure what it is. it’s not razor burn and it’s on both thighs so i don’t think it’s like an insect bite of some sort. anyone have any idea what it might be?

edit: im on a college sports team and apparently a few other people on my team have the exact same rash and we’re not sure how we got it at all
