Rh negative blood

Has anybody been rh negative and baby been rh positive? I just found out I am. And I’m super stressed. Where you able to carry a healthy baby? After your first we’re you able to have more? I was told if I start bleeding I have to go to the emerg ASAP to get a needle. And if not I get one at 28 weeks. I’m also told I could have miscarriages if I try to have other children... is this true? :(
