Husbands attitude

Soo Me and my husband was just walking the streets and We saw a car stop and he threw something out and the way he stopped made it seem like it was intentional , but i dont believe it was , but my husband thinks otherwise . Im a Black Woman and My husband is White , And those people in the car was White also , My husband literally took off after the car and was yelling and chasing after it , because he felt like they disrespected me by throwing something out their window , While we were walking . And then he wanted to Go as far as to Follow them & see where they stayed , And while we were walking to The store he picked up a rock, i told him to put it down , because his intentions were to go see were those people sayed at & Do damage im guessing , I dont know how to feel about this situation.. I tried talking to him about it .
