How long does it take to love someone?

I've recently met this guy, we got on like a house on fire so after a week of knowing eachother we decided to get together. We've been an official couple for about 3 weeks and I've never felt like this about anyone ever, and I know he feels the same. I've never been one to really believe in love but I genuinely think he might be the guy I was meant to be with, and I think I'm in love with him, can I be in love after not knowing him for that long?

This might sound cliché but idc. When I first laid eyes on my boyfriend it was like nothing else mattered, not the 100s of people around us (it was at a festival), nothing. Everything seemed to slow down and I HAD to have him or at least get to be friends with him. I wasn't the one to believe in love at first sight until I realized a few months down the road that that was it. 2 weeks after we first met, I realized that I loved him. Now we've been together for almost 3 years 💗 
Love has no time limit, it just happens :)

Love starts as soon as when you first meet someone to as late as when a knowing someone for 17 years it just depends on situations and the people and coincidence. And other factors plus just the magic of love
