Finishing inside

So my boyfriend and I have been together almost two years and he always begged me to let him finish inside me because he wants to see how it feels. I am on the pill and have been for about 4 years and I take it at the exact same time every single day. If i let him finish inside of me when it was the first day of my period would i be safe and protected? Any advice on this topic? Thanks
