Low amh with pcos?

Looking for some feedback because I can't find anything online. I'm 32, .77 amh, history of endometriosis and laparoscopy which is what may have caused the low amh. Have been trying to conceive for a few years. Just went in for a pelvic ultrasound , and the OBGYN said he saw several small follicles on each ovary, which is indicative of PCOS. I am really surprised to hear that because my amh is so low, and I know that typically PCOS is associated with high amh. Does anyone have experience with this, or any insight? Is it possible to conceive with both or do we need to go to IVF?
