Any other Sept mamas attempting a VBAC?

Any other mamas out there attempting or already attempted a VBAC? I had a c-section with my first born 3 years ago after 24 hours of labor. I have a c-section scheduled for 39 weeks, but if I go into labor naturally before then I'm going to give a VBAC a shot. Now that it's getting close, I'm getting nervous about potentially going into labor. Any words of encouragement would be awesome.

I’m attempting a vbac as long as I go into labour naturally, I’m due on 10th but have an induction/ section booked for 11th! They don’t like to induce using hormones due to the scar so will try and break my waters and give me around 4 hours for things to start. If nothing happens after 4 hours, or if they can’t break my waters to start then it’l be a section 😩 I just have to see the positive that my baby will be here by this weekend regardless of how he arrives 💙

Me!  I delivered my first vaginally, so hoping this one goes smoothly.  Only had to have a c-section b/c baby was breech and the version failed.  I heard being in the shower helps a lot, but everyone is different.  Good luck to you an all the moms!

I’m attempting a Vbac and am currently overdue at 40w4d. Going in at 7am today to get induced due to pre-e. My doctor said I could go to 41w5d before getting induced originally but obviously plans changed when I started swelling, BP was crazy, and they found proteins.
We are going to start with a Foley Bulb and then move onto low slow doses of pitocin. I quite honestly terrified because I heard pitocin is the pits, it makes everything harder and the risks of another section just about double.
