So I've had the Paraguard (copper) IUD for just about a year and a half. It's still in place, as of last time I checked (roughly a month ago). However, I've been experiencing some pregnancy-like symptoms; crazy bloating, super fatigued, I'm always hungry (which doesn't happen to me ever), I'm peeing way more than usual, my vaginal secretions are excessive and really watery, and I'm spontaneously feeling nauseous or light headed. Does it sound like I'm pregnant? Has anyone on here ever gotten pregnant with the IUD still in place? If so, what did you do with the IUD? Is it better to leave it in, or have your doctor remove it?
