GD...

So I’ve been diagnosed with gestational diabetes about 8 weeks ago and my OB sent me to a high risk doctor who did an hour long sonogram to tell me he is perfect other than he has a club foot. Well I was told that with GD it’s very possible that they will induce me early on if he gets to big. What exactly are the chances of that? I want my baby boy here ASAP but not if it’s going to hurt him or have him in the nicu for a long time. I know that sounds messed up but I’m not meaning it that way. I mean my sister had a 9lbs baby and she didn’t get induced and didn’t have GD. Maybe I’m just over thinking it.
