Do you take your toddler to the toilet during the night?

Just curious what other moms are doing, when your LO needs to use the bathroom during the night do they just go themselves and put themselves back in bed or do you wake up and go with them to the restroom?  Or what age did they start just going by themselves if you have older kids?

So far my daughter hasn’t had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. She’s basically potty trained during the day, and we’re going on over a month of waking up dry.

My sons 4, so not sure if he’s really considered a toddler still but he goes himself if he needs to. But super rare he goes in the night. We put a gate at the top of the stairs so he wouldn’t stumble if he was tired trying to go to the bathroom.

Mine will usually go and get up herself. But we make sure we potty before bed so it’s pretty rare she’ll get up. But at the same time, I’m asleep and don’t notice. She’s 3.
