How are humans the same and how are we different?

Not sure how controversial this is but I wanted to hear people’s thoughts and to debate opinions on this. 
Feel free do tell me to move to a diff group! Not sure where to put this.

The things that make us the same are biology mostly, we all have the same bodies, just different sizes and shapes. We all have brains capable of intense thought and emotion. We all have dreams, goals, love, hate, anger, happiness, etc. 
The things that make us different and individuals are the way we express all of those things. Our likes and dislikes. Our culture. The way we are raised. Our life experiences that have shaped who we are as adults.

What are you looking for here? We are all a flesh bag full of guts and bones. We all have different experiences which cause us to react differently to every situation we are in.

if you’re rich, you’re different. rich people are just wild 24/7 in day to day conversations 😂
i used to work with this girl, and randomly we were talking about the marine life here and i mentioned that i had seen seals on a rib boat trip once but i still had never managed to see dolphins. 
and she full on said, “i don’t get why people struggle so much to see dolphins here, if you just take your boat out then there’s loads just a couple miles from the shore”
i was like... ma’am 😐
and then i found out she’d never taken economy class... like ever in her life

I think, universally, the only thing that is identical for all humans is that we will die.
Similarities and differences in all other things, no matter how small, I believe are always a possibility.

Similarities: We all want things relating to survival, connection, autonomy, and enjoyment.
Differences: We all have different things to offer the world based on environment and slight biological differences, which is why I think it’s harmful that schools essentially treat everyone as if they were the same. One person may think they’re stupid unless they are lucky enough to find out that they are an amazing dancer, or musician, or artist, or scientist, or anything really, and school didn’t allow them to ever discover that because of its environment that doesn’t favor the individual.
