So I'm 5 days over due FTM had a stretch and sweep today at half 11am was already 1cm dialated was stretched to 2cm, waters are bulging and midwife said it looks promising! At around half 1 I had severe pains aswell as cramping, still have the cramping 7 hours later , I timed them and they were about 1-2 mins long and at the most 3 mins apart. Not sure what to do? There painful but not to a point where I need to breathe them away? I have had paracetamol , had baths , duno what else I can do?!
