Hey ladies I have a question. My belly in tender to the touch, feeling sick to my stomach and have a headache. What should I do to feel better? Or should I call my doc?

I get tenderness in my stomach as well, all to the touch. It's because your abs are stretching and pulling. Feels like I'm all bruised. I've gotten that with every pregnancy. There is a stomach bug going around where I live, maybe the same thing where you are.

Never hurts to call your doctor's nurse line, but while you wait for them to call you back, think about what you've done the last 24-48 hours.

Bump your belly? Eat something that might've made you sick? Drinking enough clear fluids to get rid of a headache? (Divide your weight in lbs by 2 then change to oz. Say you're 140lbs, should be drinking around 70oz of water a day) If you've walked a lot, cleaned a lot, been lifting things (including kids) maybe sit and rest for an hour.
